DESIGNERS / ŞAFAK TOKUR
Şafak Tokur was born Sinop in 1975. After graduating from painting department of the Fine Arts High School in Istanbul, he studied at the Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Textile.

Şafak Tokur was one of the finalists of the 1996 Beymen Academia contest. He also received an honorable mention at men’s shoes category of the 1997 National Shoe Design Contest. He was selected as one of the top 3 designers within the youth clothing category of the 1998 Beymen Academia contest. In 2001, He became the Turkish finalist of the Asia Makuhari Grand Prix in Tokyo, Japan
