DESIGNERS / ÖZGÜR MASUR
Özgür Masur was born in Istanbul in 1979. He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Textile Arts, Clothing and Design department in 2001. Right after graduation he started working for various companies, preparing collections.
In 2001, he won the “Designer Star of the Future” award at the “Lesshow / Leather Show” in Moscow. In 2002 he took the third place at the KIB Young Fashion Designer Contest. In 2002, he participated in the “CPD” Dusseldorf Fair which was followed by his participation to the Paris “Pret a Porter” in 2004. He worked as a fashion supervisor for many exporting companies.

In 2008 he designed the men’s collection for a leading export company. He exhibited his collection at the IF Fashion fair. The same year, he introduced his first collection as a fashion designer at the Galata Fashion Festival. He then opened his own showroom. His first runway show took place in 2009 Istanbul Fashion Days. He continued to exhibit his collections at the 2010 and 2011 Istanbul Fahsion Week events. He also took part in the closing show of the 2010 IF Wedding Fashion Izmir.
